Thank you for your interest in the VoiceObjects Developer Edition. The Developer Edition is designed to equip you with an easy-to-install and self-contained version of VoiceObjects software for building and deploying sample applications and prototype systems.

VoiceObjects Developer Edition 7.3 GA-R2

The Developer Edition installation consists of VoiceObjects Desktop for Eclipse, the Eclipse development environment, Java JDK, and all additional required components. The Developer Edition also includes Storyboard Manager, an easy-to-use spreadsheet-based application for developing new prompt lists or migrating prompts from legacy applications. With this download, you’ll have a choice of a standard installation which consists of the complete Prime Insurance demo with all the audio resources or the minimal installation that does not include the Prime Insurance demo.

VoiceObjects MediaMixer

VoiceObjects Media Mixer is a Java toolkit that supports dynamic video clip generation. When used within a Java Web application, clients can request dynamic videos through simple HTTP requests (GET or POST) and get the video file through the HTTP response.
VoiceObjects Media Mixer is able to generate several multimedia formats allowing developers to have full control on the encoding parameters. For the formats that support the feature, videos can be served in HTTP progressive download just as they are generated.

A configurable caching system is available, ensuring that if multiple identical requests are received and if none of the video constituents has changed, the clip will not be generated again but, instead, will be served from the cache.

Besides Web applications, VoiceObjects Media Mixer libraries can be used by console-type applications, to batch generate dynamic video contents.
